I know you are thinking to yourself, a Grassfed Beef Farm talking about #bacon, yes! But, I am talking about #grassfed #beef bacon; the healthier alternative to pork bacon! If you are following a #keto lifestyle this recipe is the perfect combination: Grassfed Beef Bacon, Cream Cheese Pancakes, and Omega-Three Eggs cooked in Coconut Oil.
Equipment needed:
Baking Sheet
Spatula
Blender or mixer
Cast Iron Skillet

Ingredients
JHMF Beef Bacon
4 ounces of Cream Cheese at room temperature
1/4 a cup of Almond Flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
4 Omega -Three Eggs( cream cheese pancakes)
2 Omega-Three eggs to cook your way
Coconut Oil
Cooking Spray
Salt
Pepper
Dash of Cayenne Pepper(optional)
Directions:
Place the cream cheese, eggs, flour, baking powder, and salt in a blender and blend until smooth.
Melt Grass-Fed butter in a skillet
Once butter is melted, pour in 2-3 tablespoons of the batter
Cook until brown one side, then flip the pancakes over.
Once pancakes are done, transfer pancakes to a skillet
Bacon
Preheat oven to broil at 500°F, and raise the oven rack to the top level.
Place beef bacon strips on a baking sheet.
Place bacon in the oven and broil for 7 minutes a side, flipping once. While bacon is cooking:
Heat Coconut Oil.
Cook eggs the way you prefer. We fried ours!
Season eggs with salt and pepper
Add a dash of Cayenne Pepper if desired.
