Z’s Beef Rub Ingredients
1 Teaspoon Cumin
1 Tablespoon Roasted Garlic Granulated
1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
1/2 Tablespoons Dry Oregano Leaves
1/2 Tablespoons Dry Thyme Leave
1/2 Tablespoons Himalayan Pink Salt & Chili Pepper
2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
Directions
Use any jar 6oz or greater in size with a sealable top.
Pour the all of the dry ingredients into the jar.
Seal the jar and shake to incorporate all of the dry ingredients.
Next pour the two tablespoons of Avocado Oil into the jar, you want a paste type
consistency.
Once you have the mixture in paste like consistency, you are now ready to apply the
mixture.
Scoop out the paste into the beef and massage into the entire roast. You should have
more than enough for the entire roast. Make to massage in the paste generously and
fully.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil
Place the roast into the baking sheet
Place in oven and cook for one hour for medium done 145-155 degrees inner core
temperature
