Since most of the restaurants across the country are operating at limited capacity because of the pandemic and many of us are used to meeting up with our friends, to grab a burger. Now we are visiting our favorite burger joint, grabbing our burgers, and missing good times with our friends. Instead of carryout why not break out your skillets and make a 15-minute burger in the comfort. So grab your cellphone to video or Zoom link ready, call up your best friend and let's laugh, make new memories, and make a delicious, #grasfedburger. Below is a recipe for a delicious #grassfed burger!
One Slice of Cheddar
12- inch Cast-Iron Skillet
Brioche Bun ( or whatever bun you prefer or bunless)
1. In a medium-size bowl combine #JHMF grassfed beef, sea salt, ground pepper, and onion salt; mix until combined. Be sure that you do not overwork the beef; form four good size patties.
2. Heat cast-iron skillet over medium heat.
3. Cook burgers until desired doneness is reached, about 4 to 6 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the burgers. Let burgers rest 5 minutes before serving.
Take pictures and show us your burger!
