Purchases require a $400 deposit, and we will contact you for the remaining balance. Please allow 45 days for delivery. You can pick up your meat, but if not shipping charges will apply. You will be allowed to specify the way you want the beef to be cut. Average hanging weight of a whole beef ranges from 500 to 800lbs. The hanging weight is the weight of the carcass after slaughter but before butchering. The blood will have been drained, and the internal organs removed.
