After harvest, you’ll receive a cut sheet to choose how you want your beef processed—including ribeyes, T-bones, New York strips, tenderloins, roasts, ground beef, and more.
The beef is aged in a cooler for approximately two weeks for improved tenderness, then cut, packaged, and prepared for delivery.
