At just $7.49 per pound hanging weight, you'll get high-quality, farm-raised beef delivered directly to your door. Please note: The amount you pay at checkout is a deposit toward your beef. Once you make your deposit and we harvest the animal, we will let you know the exact hanging weight. We do not know the hanging weight before harvest. After you receive the hanging weight, you will be responsible for paying the remaining balance based on the final hanging weight at $7.49 per pound.
After harvest, we will provide you with a cut sheet so you can have the beef butchered to your specifications—such as ribeyes, T-bones, tenderloins, New York strips, roasts, ground beef, and more.
Please allow up to 30 days for delivery. The beef will hang in a cooler for approximately two weeks to enhance tenderness before being cut, packaged, and prepared for delivery.
