Mrs. Moody’s Creole Andouille Beef Sausage and Black Beans

Ingredients:

  • 2lb. Grassfed Beef Andouille Smoked Sausage Link

  • 3 (15oz) Can Black Beans

  • 1 Large Onion

  • 1 Large Green Bell Pepper

  • 1 cup Celery (chopped)

  • 1 (8oz) Can Tomato Sauce

  • 1 1/2 Cup Water

  • 4 Cloves Garlic

  • 2 Tsp. Dried Thyme

  • 1 Tsp. Chicken Bouillon Granules

  • 1 Tsp. White Pepper

  • 1 Tsp. Marjoram Leaves

  • 1 Tsp. Ground Coriander

  • ½ Tsp. Cayenne Pepper

  • 2 Bay Leave


Recipe:

  1. Brown sausage drain grease and put sausage in crock pot.

  2. Drain cans of black beans and put beans in crock pot.

  3. Finely chop bell pepper, onion and celery and put in crock pot.

  4. Add tomato sauce, water and all other ingredients to crock pot.

  5. Stir and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
